Role Overview:
Techryde is looking for a creative and motivated Content Writer Intern who is passionate about writing and has a basic understanding of SEO. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy researching topics, creating engaging content, and supporting SEO efforts through content creation and backlink outreach.
The intern will work closely with the marketing team to help create SEO-friendly content and support SEO activities for websites targeting US & UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical – Support Role)
• Assist in keyword research and basic competitor analysis
• Support optimization of web pages including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure
• Assist in off-page SEO activities, including backlink research and outreach support
• Monitor website performance, rankings, and traffic using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
Content & SEO Writing Support:
• Assist in writing and optimizing SEO-friendly blogs, website content, and landing pages
• Conduct keyword mapping for content creation
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices and aligns with brand tone
- Update and optimize existing content for better search engine performance
• Ensure content is plagiarism-free, engaging, and well-structured
Reporting & Analysis:
• Help prepare basic SEO reports on rankings, traffic, and performance
• Learn to track SEO metrics and understand growth trends
• Maintain documentation of SEO tasks and improvements
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Good written English and communication skills
• Ability to research topics and write clear, engaging content
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage
• Interest in content marketing and digital marketing
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
Preferred(Good to have):
• Completion of a content writing, SEO, or digital marketing course
• Basic knowledge of keyword research tools
• Familiarity with WordPress or blogging platforms
• Understanding of backlinking or guest posting concepts
