About the Role
As a Sales Intern at Acolyte Living, you will work directly with students exploring accommodation options abroad, helping them make confident decisions about where they will live. This is a structured internship with a dedicated training period, giving you a strong foundation in consultative sales before you move into managing your own leads. It is an ideal starting point for someone looking to build a career in sales, advisory, or the overseas education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with student leads across email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Understand each student's university, location, budget, timeline, and preferences to recommend suitable accommodation options
- Manage follow-ups and support lead conversion under the guidance of senior team members
- Coordinate with the sales team and property partners to check availability and confirm bookings
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all assigned leads
- Participate actively in training sessions, team reviews, and all-hands weeks
- Work toward conversion targets and contribute to overall team performance
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a student-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and apply structured sales and advisory processes
- Consistent follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Comfortable working toward targets in a performance-driven environment
- Prior exposure to overseas education or student services is a plus but not required
Work Structure
This role follows a hybrid model with the following schedule:
During peak season, the role requires three days per week in office at Sector 20, Gurgaon. During off-peak periods, this reduces to two days per week in office.
All interns are required to complete a one-month onboarding and on-the-job training period fully from the Sector 20, Gurgaon office before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.
In-office presence is mandatory during all-hands-on-deck weeks, which will be communicated in advance by the team.

This role requires flexibility to work in alignment with UK business hours.
