Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Business Development Intern, based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the sales team in identifying new leads, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing sales materials and proposals, maintaining a customer database, and coordinating with the marketing team to implement business development strategies. The intern will also contribute to generating reports to track sales metrics and presenting findings to the team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales concepts, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to perform market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Strong skills in communication and presentation
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating sales reports
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in sales or business development is a plus
- Driven, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute
