Your Role
As an
Intern at StayVista, we’ve always believed that the next generation of builders deserves more than just classroom learning, case studies, or theoretical exposure. India’s Future Founders Programme 2.0 is built for ambitious students and young professionals who aspire to understand what it truly takes to build, scale, market, and operate a fast-growing consumer brand. Through this programme, you will be responsible for contributing to real business initiatives while gaining first-hand exposure to high-impact projects across multiple functions. This is not a conventional internship. It is a high-ownership, fast-paced opportunity where you will work closely with teams across business, marketing, growth, partnerships, operations, content, and product — gaining hands-on experience while driving meaningful business outcomes and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Work On
Depending on your strengths and interests, you may work across one or more of the following functions:
- Brand & Marketing: Work on campaigns, content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives across StayVista and its sub-brands.
- Finance: Gain exposure to budgeting, business performance tracking, revenue analysis, financial planning, and understanding how high-growth consumer businesses operate financially.
- Revenue Management: Learn how pricing, occupancy, demand forecasting, and inventory management drive growth in hospitality and travel businesses.
- Human Resources: Support hiring, culture-building, internal communication, employee engagement initiatives, and people operations across teams.
- Guest Operations: Understand how guest experience is managed end-to-end — from bookings and hospitality operations to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Work with business dashboards, reporting systems, campaign performance analysis, operational insights, and decision-making driven by data
- Technology: Collaborate on product, automation, website/app improvements, AI-led initiatives, customer experience flows, operational tech systems, and solving real business problems through technology and innovation.
Who We’re Looking For
- Students or young professionals (aged 15-22) passionate about startups, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship
- Strong communicators and self-starters
- People who take initiative and enjoy solving problems
- Curious minds who like building things from scratch
- Individuals comfortable working in fast-moving environments
- Prior startup, content, marketing, or leadership experience is a bonus — but not mandatory.
