Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. As a Recruitment Specialist at SBS, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. You will also provide support in designing and delivering training programs, ensuring an effective recruitment cycle that aligns with the company’s growth and strategic goals. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will help build a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hiring and recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee training programs to ensure continuous development.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of human resources practices, labor regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven experience in similar HR or recruitment positions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
