Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Intern - Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
You will act as the backbone of our hiring process: owning interview coordination, managing candidate communication and ensuring operational excellence across all hiring activities. You’ll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5 day in office setup.
What will your responsibilities?
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Manage calendar logistics, reschedules and last-minute changes efficiently
- Ensure all interviewers and candidates have the required information and materials
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate data
- Track hiring progress and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist recruiters with job postings and pipeline management
We hope that you have...
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- A candidate first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
