- Role: HR Intern
- Location: Work From Home (Remote)
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
- Tenure: 3 Months
- Growth Path: Full-time confirmation and salary revision offered post 3-months based purely on performance.
🎯 What You Will Do:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche mandates (IT, Finance, Semiconductor).
- Assist in sourcing and screening top passive talent across various portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain internal databases and track daily recruitment metrics.
