Role Description
Engage with patients to capture testimonials, manage data, and coordinate with internal teams to create high-quality patient stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with patients to collect testimonials
- Document and update data in Excel
- Collaborate with different departments
- Coordinate with the editing team for final outputs
