Role OverviewWe're looking for a creative and curious Motion & Interaction Design Intern to join our team. This is a rare opportunity for a fresher or student to work on a real product, designing micro-interactions and expressive motion experiences for our app and website. If you love making things move in ways that feel satisfying, intuitive, and alive, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Design and animate micro-interactions for our app and website — crafting moments that surprise, delight, and make the product feel truly alive
- Work with our existing 3D product renders to ideate and bring interactive experiences to life within the app
- Create 2D motion assets and animated visuals using After Effects, Rive, or similar tools
- Explore 3D interaction and environment design using Blender, Spline, or equivalent
- Collaborate with the product and design team to ensure animations feel cohesive, intentional, and on-brand
- Contribute fresh ideas for how motion can elevate the overall product experience
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form video content as needed
- Create reels, shorts, and social media videos aligned with current trends
Requirements- Basic hands-on experience with any 2D motion tool (After Effects, Rive, or similar)
- Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Spline, or any equivalent software)
- Basic understanding of video editing (Premiere Pro or any AI-based editing tool)
- A good eye for timing, easing, and visual detail
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Animation, Film or a related field
Good to Have- Personal projects, coursework, or experiments involving micro-interactions or UI animation
- Understanding of how animations are handed off for development (Lottie, Rive exports, etc.)
- Exposure to design tools like Figma
- Interest in product thinking and user experience
