Role Description
This full-time remote role as an Intern - Loan Processor involves assisting with the review and processing of loan applications, verifying accuracy and completeness of loan documents, maintaining communication with clients and lenders, and supporting the underwriting team in evaluating loan eligibility. The intern will also gain hands-on experience in navigating and managing key aspects of the loan lifecycle using iRecomm’s platform.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Loan Documents and Loan Processing
- Basic understanding of Loan Structuring and Underwriting processes
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to critically review documentation for accuracy
- Proficiency in using technology platforms, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities within deadlines
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or financial services is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
