🔹 Company Description
Adsnex is an AI-native Ads Operating System designed to unify ad creation, campaign management, optimization, and automation across multiple platforms, including Meta and Google, with planned expansions to Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
By replacing fragmented tools with a unified AI-driven system, we aim to streamline workflows, reduce customer acquisition costs, and enable cross-platform insights.
Our long-term vision is to develop an Ads-Native Large Language Model trained on creative-performance data to transform global advertising infrastructure. Currently in the prototype stage, Adsnex is raising pre-seed funding to launch its first version, scale integrations, and build a strong AI-driven foundation.
🔹 Role Description
As a Intern / Junior / Senior AIML Engineer, you will work on developing and optimizing AI models for advertising or any use-cases as per client requirement such as natural language processing, pattern recognition, and neural networks. Also develop complete Agentic AI, Backend, Frontend or Complete App, Website, Tool, Web3 using Vibe Coding.
You will collaborate closely with the development team to integrate AI-powered features into the Adsnex, any platform and solve real-world technical challenges.
📍 Location: Hybrid (Navi Mumbai) or Online
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize AI/ML models (NLP, pattern recognition)
• Work on backend systems, APIs, and integrations
• Implement AI-driven features across the platform
• Build and manage automation workflows (n8n)
• Collaborate on UI and product features
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong fundamentals in Computer Science & Software Development
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (NLP, Neural Networks)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and API integrations
• Understanding of databases and system design
Additional Advantage (Preferred):
• Agentic AI concepts
• Shopify / Wix ecosystem
• WhatsApp automation
• Canva workflows
• Google Ads & Meta Ads ecosystem
• Familiarity with tools like Codex, Claude, Cursor
• Exposure to TensorFlow / PyTorch
💰 Full Time Intern Developer: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month
💰 Full Time Junior Developer: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
💰 Full Time Senior Developer: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
