Studio Suba is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect and Intern to join our growing team. If you have a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and enthusiasm for creating high-quality residential, commercial, and institutional interiors and architecture, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailing.
- Create 3D models and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Assist in material selection and BOQ preparation.
- Ensure projects meet design standards and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
