*Business Analyst + Tester*
We are seeking a business analyst & tester with strong expertise in business process analysis and end-to-end testing to bridge business and technical teams and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Perform Functional, Regression, UAT, and sanity testing.
Prepare test plans and test cases, and manage defect tracking and resolution
Validate system functionality against business requirements
Support UAT, post-implementation activities, training, and documentation
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills
Experience: 1–3 Years as a Business Analyst and/or Tester
Experience with end-to-end testing methodologies and tools
Strong functional documentation and defect analysis skills
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
