About The Role
We are looking to bring in a very small cohort of
driven, high-ownership Interns who want real exposure to fast-paced hiring across media, startups, and new-age businesses.
This is
not a shadow internship. You will work directly on live roles, speak with candidates, build pipelines, and understand how modern recruiting businesses operate.
This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in
recruiting, HR, or talent strategy.
What You'll Work On
- Do extensive research on various skills, domains, and job families.
- Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Help write and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Support research on talent markets, competitor hiring, and salary trends.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding, outreach, and hiring campaigns.
- Work closely with founders and senior recruiters on live mandates.
You will get exposure across startup hiring, media hiring, leadership roles, and campus hiring or employer branding campaigns.
Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates (HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Excel.
- Curious about recruiting, startups, and people strategy.
- Willing to work hard, learn fast, and take ownership.
