Duties/Responsibilities:
1 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from business heads
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Roll out offer letters and ensure joining closure
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and hiring MIS
2 Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and document verification
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
- Create employee files (soft & hard copy)
- Conduct induction sessions
- Coordinate system access and ID card issuance
3 Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Share monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions)
- Verify salary structure and CTC breakup
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records
- Support in labour law audits
4 Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain HRMS and employee database
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Handle confirmation and increment processes
- Process resignation letters
- Conduct exit interviews
- Manage full & final settlement coordination
5 Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and queries
- Counsel employees on workplace issues
- Organize engagement activities and events
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
6 Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal cycle
- Track KRAs/KPIs
- Maintain performance documentation
- Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education
- PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Master of Human Resource Development in Any Specialization, Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relation in Any Specialization, Master of Science in Human Resource Management in Any Specialization
