Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram for an Intern specializing in Human Resources and Project Management (HR+PM). The primary responsibilities include assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation, as well as supporting project management tasks. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating team activities, maintaining communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that project timelines are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resource practices, including recruitment and employee engagement
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including task tracking and deadline management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in common office and project management tools
- Prior internship or coursework in HR or Project Management is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive mindset
