Babaclick is looking for exceptional Global Commerce Ops Interns to join our team in Gurugram.
We are a British, UK-headquartered global commerce company operating across the UK, US, EU, UAE, Canada, India, and China. Our teams work across procurement, sourcing, purchasing, fulfilment, and commercial operations to support cross-border commerce at scale.
From your first day, you'll be embedded within live business operations, contributing to meaningful work alongside experienced members of the team. If you enjoy solving operational problems, working with data, and executing with precision, this programme will provide meaningful responsibility and an accelerated learning experience.
What you will do
You will work alongside our Global Commerce Operations team to:
- support live procurement, sourcing, and purchasing activities
- identify and evaluate products from approved supplier channels
- analyse pricing, costs, margins, and commercial viability
- review product specifications, supplier information, and purchasing requirements
- maintain operational trackers, reports, and documentation
- support purchasing decisions through structured commercial analysis
- coordinate with Operations and Fulfilment teams to ensure smooth execution
- follow established operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- contribute to improving operational workflows and efficiency
Throughout the internship, you'll gain exposure to

- confident working with Excel, Google Sheets, and structured data
- commercially aware and comfortable working with numbers
- strong communicators with excellent written and spoken English
- reliable, accountable, and eager to learn
- able to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
We're far more interested in capability, attitude, and learning potential than academic background alone.
Role details
- Three-month internship
- ₹25,000 monthly stipend
- Full-time, on-site in Gurugram
- Monday–Saturday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Two-week probationary period
- Opportunity to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and progress into a full-time Global Commerce Ops Analyst role for exceptional performers
Recruitment process

The assessment process is designed to evaluate analytical ability, Skills-based competency, commercial reasoning, communication, attention to detail, and overall suitability for the role.
