Intern : Founders' Office, Lemonade Creatives
What this is
A hands-on sales support role at a fast-growing creative production studio. You'll work directly with the founders and their sales consultant to build and run the outbound pipeline that gets Lemonade in front of the right brands.
Execution-heavy, target-driven, and you'll see exactly how business gets closed from day one.
What you'll actually do
- Find the right people: research target brands, identify decision-makers (brand managers, marketing heads, founders), and build a clean contact list with names, emails, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Send outreach: Send personalised cold emails and LinkedIn DMs every single day. This is not copy-paste outreach. It’s about finding a strong angle, making the message feel relevant, and getting the right people interested enough to respond
- Follow up: most deals don't close on the first message. You own follow-ups on every outreach sent.
- Keep the pipeline clean: Build and maintain simple systems to track outreach, follow-ups, and client communication clearly. Keep the pipeline organised, flag warm leads quickly, and make sure nothing slips.
- Support research: find brands that just raised funding, new product launches, and regional brands going national. Basically, find who needs a production partner before they know they need one.

Replies- because that means the outreach was good enough to get a response. Everything else is in service of that number.
Who this is for
You’re organised, proactive, and take initiative with minimum supervision.
You’re comfortable doing the research and outreach grind properly, and can send 15–20 messages a day while staying consistent and detail-oriented.
An interest in brands, communication, or business helps, but attitude, sharpness, and ownership matter more.

Hours: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week
Duration: extendable based on performance
