Position: Intern - Engagement & Operational Support
Duration: 3-4 Months (Extendable based on performance)

This internship provides hands-on exposure to relationship management, banker engagement, and operational support within a fast-growing professional ecosystem.
Role Overview:
The Banker Engagement Intern will support the onboarding and engagement of bankers associated with BankersKlub. The role involves interacting with bankers, assisting with profile completion, supporting activation of services, and maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and feedback.
This role also includes field visits to meet bankers, build relationships, and support engagement initiatives.
This position is ideal for candidates interested in relationship management, banking, sales operations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibiloties:
- Banker Engagement & Relationship Support
• Interact with bankers to support onboarding and engagement
• Assist bankers in completing their profiles on the platform
• Guide bankers through activation processes (including card activation and related services)
• Regularly connect with bankers to understand their feedback and concerns
• Maintain positive relationships and ensure consistent engagement
2. Profile Completion & Activation Support
• Follow up with bankers to complete pending profile details
• Assist bankers in updating professional information
• Support activation of banker services and tools
• Maintain records of completed and pending tasks
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
3. Field Visits & Banker Meetings
• Visit bankers in person to strengthen relationships
• Support small group meetings and engagement sessions
• Collect feedback and insights from bankers
• Assist in coordinating local banker interactions
• Represent BankersKlub professionally during visits
4. Feedback Collection & Reporting
• Listen to banker concerns and suggestions
• Maintain logs of banker interactions
• Share feedback with internal teams
• Track engagement status and activity levels
• Prepare daily and weekly engagement reports
Skills & Competencies Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with senior professionals
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital tools
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel locally for banker meetings
• Professional attitude and strong listening skills
Qualification:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Interest in banking, relationship management, or client engagement roles
• Prior internship or exposure to field roles, sales, or coordination is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in a field + office hybrid environment
