Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale performance marketing across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with clear revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and channel mix to maximize ROAS and efficient scale.
• Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, and cohort performance.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across ad creatives, copies, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve conversion and retention.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives grounded in consumer insights and performance data.
• Own conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution across platforms using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify integrations.
