Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intern role located in Navi Mumbai. As an Intern, you will support day-to-day operations, collaborate with team members across departments, and contribute to various VCnow projects. Your responsibilities may include assisting with video conferencing setups, managing virtual events, conducting research, and supporting executive education initiatives. You will also be expected to help streamline workflows, maintain documentation, and contribute to team meetings. This internship provides hands-on learning opportunities in a dynamic technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of video conferencing platforms, virtual event management, and digital collaboration tools
- Strong communication and customer service experience is plus.
- Strong research and documentation skills
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field is a plus
- Previous project or internship experience in video technologies or event management is advantageous
