The Community and Customer Service Intern or Associate will support day-to-day customer interactions and community-building activities for Gladful’s growing consumer base. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves responding to customer inquiries across channels, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Additionally, managing online communities, engaging with customers on social media and other platforms, and gathering feedback to help improve products and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and contributing ideas to strengthen customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and community members.
- Experience or interest in community engagement and community management to foster an active, supportive brand community.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling customer queries and feedback.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and timely resolution of issues.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools, social media platforms, and customer support channels.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking interactions and preparing simple reports or summaries.
- Recent graduate in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
