Key Responsibilities:
● Review and verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
● Ensure all documents meet defined quality standards and comply with company policies.
● Cross-check data across internal systems and physical/digital documents for consistency.
● Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes and decisions.
● Coordinate and calibrate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
● Audit existing documents and highlight gaps, errors, or missing information.
● Contribute to continuous improvement of verification and approval processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
● Ability to handle data, documentation, and routine audits accurately.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
