About The Project
As part of the strategic alignment between Goodyear and Yokohama, we are initiating a multi-plant integration program focused on product standardization, process harmonization, and change implementation. Each intern will be assigned to a specific plant and will support product development activities, documentation updates, process mapping, and change-management tasks to ensure smooth integration.
Key Responsibility
- Support product development activities related to Goodyear–Yokohama product integration.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis for assigned plant products and processes.
- Conduct process mapping to identify gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in engineering change management, including document updates, approvals, and implementation tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment of integration requirements.
- Support the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for integrated product lines.
- Contribute to project reporting, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
- Participate in plant trials, sample evaluations, and validation activities, as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
