Therapaws is a Mumbai-based organisation working towards improving emotional wellbeing through Animal-Assisted Interventions and Therapy with our internationally certified therapy dogs.
At Therapaws, we’re looking for an intern to join our team.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of both our on-ground sessions and day-to-day work. You’ll get to closely observe and assist in sessions while also contributing to how we share our work online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting during animal-assisted intervention/therapy sessions
• Supporting with session setup and coordination
• Assisting with social media content and management
• Documenting the sessions
Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone interested in animal-assisted interventions
• Someone curious about or interested in psychology
• Comfortable working with and around dogs
• Familiar with social media and basic editing
• Open, observant, and willing to learn
No specific qualifications are required — we value genuine interest, sensitivity, and a willingness to engage with the work.
