Job Title: B2B Operations Intern – Logistics
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Operations Intern to support day-to-day logistics operations. You’ll be responsible for tracking shipments, managing delays, and coordinating with partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
What You’ll Do
- Track daily pickups and shipment movement
- Identify and flag delays, stuck shipments, and EDD breaches
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve issues (damage, shortage, delays)
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely closures
- Maintain basic reports (delivery status, backlog, NDR)
- Verify PODs and handle missing/incorrect cases
- Support day-to-day operational escalations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with data and tracking reports
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
