Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Pune. The Intern will work closely with mentors and administrative staff to assist in providing support for various training programs. Daily responsibilities include: - Supporting instructors in preparing study materials and activities. - Assisting in the coordination and organization of classes and mock examinations. - Maintaining and updating student performance records and feedback for mentors. - Participating in operational tasks to ensure a smooth coaching experience for students. - Engaging with students to address queries and provide guidance with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with educational content preparation and instructional support
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A background in education, training, or a related field is an advantage
- Passion for supporting individuals aiming for a career in defence
- Availability to work full time on-site in Pune
