Key Responsibilities
Support Career Architecture Design
- Help map roles to career levels, job families, and progression pathways within the organizational career framework.
Document & Maintain Repository
- Create and update centralized documentation, trackers, and templates for role profiles, leveling guides, and competency frameworks.
Analyze Data & Identify Patterns
- Review data on current job structures, titles, and skills to assist in identifying gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities in the career architecture.
Facilitate and Incorporate Stakeholder Inputs
- Coordinate discussions with subject-matter experts and managers to validate role expectations, responsibilities, and competency requirements
