Role Description This is a full-time Intern role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The intern will support daily operations across product, content, and career services, including assisting in research related to career intelligence, user behavior, and industry trends. Responsibilities may include helping structure student roadmaps, preparing basic reports and dashboards, supporting content creation for learning materials, and coordinating with mentors, college partners, and internal teams. The intern will contribute to improving platform workflows, documenting processes, and collecting feedback from users to enhance the overall experience. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to a fast-growing AI-driven career-tech startup and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct basic research, analyze data at a foundational level, and summarize findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation, content creation, and stakeholder interaction.
- Comfort with digital tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms; interest in AI, edtech, or career-tech is a plus.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; backgrounds in engineering, business, psychology, data, or related fields are beneficial.
- Positive, learning-focused mindset with willingness to take initiative and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
