Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intern position located in the Pune Division. As an Intern at La Mie Patisserie & Boulangerie, you will assist in daily operations, support various departments, and gain hands-on experience in the bakery and patisserie industry. Responsibilities will include assisting with product preparation, managing and organizing inventory, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to customer satisfaction by supporting team members during high-demand periods. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the business processes and hone your skills under professional mentorship.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of baking, pastry production, and food preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist in collaborative tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for supporting customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience or education in culinary arts, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
