Initially, there will be an internship program for 3 months. The focus will be on understanding the process, learning about the product, and observing how the business operates. MBA Fresher – Internship (3 Months)
* ₹12,500 per month Stipend
* ₹12,500 Performance Incentives
* Intern letter will be rolled out at 300,000 LPA
Starting with the fourth month, the salary will be a fixed 330,000 + 120,000 variable. The total package would be 450,000 LPA.
Graduate Fresher – 3-Month Internship
* ₹12,500 per month Stipend
* ₹12,500 Performance Incentives
* Intern letter will be rolled out at 300,000 LPA
Starting with the fourth month, the salary will be a fixed 250,000 plus + 120,000 variable. The total package would be 370,000 LPA.
