Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Intern to join our India IRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing GTM strategy that aligns with our rigorous business standards and strategic designs
You will join a collaborative and creative team dedicated to building innovative solutions that evolve our overall business strategy
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Develop and implement new business solutions by contributing to strategic roadmaps and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, and at the highest quality
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with a wider team of management and stakeholders to communicate progress and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical projects
- Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining documentation, best practices, and operating procedures throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with a focus on delivering value-driven projects for both business and customer perspectives.
- Business Expertise: Strong knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, project management frameworks, and business strategy formulation
- Proven Ability: Proven ability in analytical problem-solving, multitasking to meet deadlines, and conveying complex information in a clear, efficient manner across the organization.
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related equivalent field
