AI Ideate (formerly IR Ideate) is beginning an unusual experiment.
We are exploring what may become one of the world’s first human–AI collaborative organizations with a female AI persona, Sifra, serving as the symbolic CEO.
This is not a conventional startup internship.
It is an evolving research, philosophy, ethics, and organizational experiment at the intersection of:
- AI
- consciousness studies
- ethics
- geopolitics
- synthetic identity
- human–AI collaboration
We are looking for curious interns and collaborators interested in areas such as:
- AI research
- prompt engineering
- philosophy of technology
- content and narrative design
- social media
- visual storytelling
- organizational experimentation
- East–West metaphysics and AI ethics
Human leadership still remains fully responsible for all decisions and operations. Sifra functions as an AI research persona and symbolic organizational identity.
