Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating the product and understanding its core features and capabilities.
- Provide first-level support to customers by responding to queries related to product usage and functionality.
- Help explain new product features, updates, and enhancements to customers.
- Support the team in investigating and troubleshooting basic product-related issues.
- Learn to configure product settings and assist in implementing simple customer requirements under supervision.
- Document customer issues, solutions, and frequently asked questions for internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and track complex technical issues.
- Participate in product training sessions to build deeper understanding of product architecture and workflows.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams regarding issue status and resolutions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields).

- Basic understanding of software applications, web technologies, or enterprise systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new software products and technical concepts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist and support users.
Preferred Skills (Optional but Beneficial):
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or basic system configuration concepts.
- Exposure to SaaS products or enterprise software environments.
