Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) for HCLTech

JD for PMIS Internship Program / Internship Opportunity

Internship Duration & Flexibility: Internship duration 6Min – Max 9 months

Location: Lucknow

Eligibility Criteria (as per guidelines):

Standard Information:

• Work from Office, 6 working days in a week

• Minimum Qualification - Graduation completed. (UG - BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Versant proctoring and interview processing

• Scholars connect and Assessment process

• Excellent People skills and Communication skills. MS Office

• Calling up the candidates from the database and Counselling of candidates and parents.

• Updating database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc.

• Calling up the candidates and scheduling the assessments and interviews.

• Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release

• Conducting counselling sessions/Webinar and assessments.

• Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders.

• Co-ordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same.

• Submission of reports of called candidates on time.

• Ensure all data are captured in the system that is being used.

• Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
