Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Intern at EasLegal. The Intern will play an active role in supporting legal and financial projects, research, and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in policy reviews, drafting legal documents, performing legal and market research, supporting compliance initiatives, and collaborating with team members on client-related tasks. The Intern will gain first-hand experience in diverse practice areas, including data privacy, startup advisory, and intellectual property management.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct legal and market research and a proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Familiarity with Data Protection, Privacy, and Intellectual Property (IP) regulations, or a willingness to learn these subjects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Enthusiasm for startups, entrepreneurship, and the legal framework required to support business growth.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in law, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with international compliance standards and corporate governance is advantageous.
