Whom We're Looking For
We're not just looking for software operators—we're looking for people who enjoy creating, learning, and solving problems.
Basic Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
- Digital Marketing Certification (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Own laptop is mandatory
Role-Specific Skills
- Video Editing Intern
- Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
- Understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, captions, and trending edits
2 Graphic Design Intern
- Canva (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Preferred)
- Social media creatives, branding, posters, and carousel design
- Good understanding of typography, colors, and layouts
3. Social Media Management Intern
- Content planning and scheduling
- Writing engaging captions
- Understanding Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic analytics and audience engagement
- Awareness of current social media trends
