Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role located in Dwarka. As an Intern at Decathlon, you will assist with various activities, including supporting daily business operations, engaging with customers, contributing to product displays, and participating in sales performance analyses. You will work closely with your team to ensure excellent customer experience, collaborate on projects, and gain hands-on exposure to retail and sports business operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about Decathlon's core values and processes to develop a deeper understanding of our business.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and teammates
• Enthusiasm for sports and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proactive approach to learning with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic organizational and time management skills for handling daily tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or team-based projects is advantageous
• Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in a relevant field
