Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Expert who understands how to turn attention into revenue. This is not a content posting role, this is about building systems that drive growth.
You will work directly on real startups and help them go from 0 → 1 traction.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
- Build customer acquisition funnels (organic + outbound)
- Create and optimize high-converting campaigns
- Work on LinkedIn, Instagram, and startup GTM content
- Identify growth opportunities, trends, and experiments
- Collaborate on branding, positioning, and messaging
- Analyze performance and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals + psychology
- Ability to think in terms of growth, not just content
- Experience (or strong interest) in startups / GTM / personal branding
- Good taste in design, copy, and positioning
- Self-driven — can execute without hand-holding
Bonus
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation tools)
- Knowledge of sales funnels / landing pages
- Prior work with founders or startups

Compensation
