Responsibilities of the internee:
- Assist our associates in legal research and case preparation.
- Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and legal precedents.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and other necessary Court filings
- Analyse legal issues related to ongoing cases
- Help prepare briefs, case summaries, and legal opinions.
- Support the team in maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal publications as required by the firm.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing LL.B. Degree from a UGC and BCI Recognized University
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in litigation, with a willingness to learn.
