Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As an Intern at Act to Action, you will assist in program development, workshop facilitation, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting experiential learning activities, coordinating events, conducting research, and contributing to outreach efforts. You may also assist in creating digital content, designing marketing materials, and gathering participant feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse age groups and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Creative skills including content creation, storytelling, and basic design thinking capabilities.
- Experience or interest in education, skill development, and theater-based or experiential learning methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools for digital content creation or event management platforms would be advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on human development and education.
- Pursuit of a degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
