Intern / Associate — Shopping Intelligence Research

About Attuned
Attuned is Delhi NCR's first full-stack men's wardrobe intelligence and concierge service. We help professional men build wardrobes that actually work for their life — through home visits, wardrobe audits, and curated styling. Shopping intelligence is a core part of what makes our recommendations land.
The Role
We're building a living database of brands, products, and shopping intelligence — mapped to the real wardrobe needs of professional Indian men. This role owns that database and the research behind it.
You'll work alongside our stylists to make sure our shopping recommendations are sharp, current, and genuinely useful. Early stage, real work, close to the product.
What You'll Do
· Build and maintain a structured brand database mapped to Attuned's target audience
· Co-design the intelligence fields used to evaluate and rate brands (fit, quality, price-point, occasion relevance, etc.)
· Track new launches, emerging brands, and market shifts in men's fashion and lifestyle
· Support the shopping assistance vertical — working directly with stylists on client briefs
· Surface insights that sharpen how Attuned recommends and curates
Who You Are
· 0–2 years of experience; textile, fashion, or styling background strongly preferred
· Street-smart — you know what's available in the market, what's good, and what's overrated
· Detail-oriented and structured — you can build a database, not just browse one
· Curious about how a startup works and want an inside view of how decisions get made
· Comfortable working alongside stylists and taking direction on client needs
What This Is Not
This is not desk research for a report nobody reads. The intelligence you build directly feeds client recommendations.
Engagement
Open to internship or full-time associate role. Hybrid — 1–2 days a week in office, Gurgaon.
Compensation
Stipend / market-standard. Based on experience and engagement model.
