What we want: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Intern to support our digital advertising and media campaigns. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization across multiple advertising platforms. We provide a global sales force, partnerships & technology with unique expertise to minimize the surprises publishers face in cross geography and help Brands and Agencies in Reaching Niche Multicultural Audiences. What will you do:
- Assist in managing and monitoring campaigns across Google Ad Manager, SSPs/Exchanges, DSPs, and Header Bidding setups
- Support the team in handling Direct Demand and tag-based integrations
- Help perform QA of publisher ad stacks and identify discrepancies
- Monitor delivery, fill rate, eCPM, and revenue trends
- Assist in resolving AdOps and technical issues related to ad serving
- Support the publisher onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech/Product/Sales) for issue resolution
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards
- Help manage tickets and prioritize support queries
- Contribute to building Knowledge Base (KB) articles and canned responses for common queries
- Learn and assist with the usage of our in-house Yield Optimizer and analytics tools Requirements
- Graduate / pursuing graduation (Commerce, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
