We are in the early stages of building the brand and are looking for highly motivated interns who are excited to be part of a startup journey and contribute to its growth from the ground up.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic, multi-functional internship where you will work closely with the founder across different aspects of the business, including social media, content creation, operations, customer experience, and strategy.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn how a business is built from scratch and willing to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities beyond a single function.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in planning and creating content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Research content ideas, trends, hooks, and viral formats
- Write captions, hashtags, and content briefs
- Help schedule and publish posts and reels
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
Business Operations
- Assist with order management and workflow organisation
- Help maintain product listings and descriptions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed
- Support packaging and fulfilment processes
- Organise files, templates, and operational systems
Research & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Identify new product ideas and business opportunities
- Analyse customer feedback and purchasing trends
- Support in developing pricing and promotional strategies
Administrative Support
- Manage task trackers and project updates
- Document processes and create SOPs
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as required to support business growth
