Intern – Procurement, Traceability & Certification

Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to procurement, farm-level traceability, and organic / natural certification programs. You will work closely with the core operations team on real projects involving FPOs, certification agencies, and export supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
- Support sourcing of agri produce from FPOs and supplier networks.
- Assist in coordinating raw material procurement for partner processing units.
- Maintain supplier, pricing, and procurement records.
Traceability & Data Management
- Support farm-level and batch-level traceability documentation.
- Assist in digitising farmer data, land records, and crop information.
- Help maintain end-to-end traceability for export consignments.
Certification & Compliance
- Assist in documentation for organic / natural certification programs.
- Support coordination with certification bodies, auditors, and labs.
- Track audit timelines, compliance checklists, and corrective actions.
Field & Operations Exposure
- Support on-ground activities at FPO locations when required.
- Assist with quality checks, sampling, and audit preparation.
Who Should Apply
- Students or fresh graduates in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong interest in organic farming, regenerative agriculture, sustainability, or agri exports.
- Comfortable with documentation, structured work, and field coordination.
- Willing to work onsite in Bhubaneswar and travel locally if required.
