We are looking for a Legal Intern (Corporate Law) to join Makeo and work closely with our legal and business teams.
This is a great opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal functions within a fast-growing healthcare startup.
🔍 What you’ll do:
* Assist in drafting & reviewing contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts)
* Conduct legal research on corporate & healthcare laws
* Support compliance and documentation processes
* Work closely with HR, operations, and business teams
* Assist in handling legal communications and basic litigation support
🎯 Who can apply:
* LLB / LLM students or recent graduates
* Strong interest in Corporate Law & Compliance
* Good drafting and research skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive
📍 Location: Mumbai
📅 Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
