- Conduct market research through direct outreach and consumer calling to gather feedback on products, preferences, and overall experience
- Compile and analyze consumer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
- Support market research and competitive benchmarking across relevant categories
- Assist in organizing and analyzing data using Excel to support research and insight generation
- Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to building a stronger understanding of consumer behavior and market trends relevant to the business
- Assist the team with basic data tracking and documentation related to research activities
Are you who we're searching for :
- Strong communication skills, particularly for interacting with consumers over calls.
- Comfortable with consumer outreach and feedback collection.
- Basic analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis).
- Interest in market research, consumer insights, and startup ecosystems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
