Company Description
Plynth is an AI platform that simplifies product discovery and minimizes decision fatigue in home styling. By streamlining the design process, Plynth allows Interior Designers and Architects to create client looks in a fraction of the time. Homeowners and renters use Plynth for DIY home styling, while busy professionals enjoy curated, shoppable designs. Think of it as a combination of creative inspiration and practical shopping solutions to make home styling easier and faster.
Role Description
This is a high-ownership role with a steep learning curve - you’ll get a front-row seat to launch a startup.
What you’ll work on:
- Driving strategy and execution to take the product from 0 -> 1
- Building and nurturing our customer & stylist community
- Social media strategy and execution (especially Instagram)
- Running product demos, gathering feedback, and shaping the roadmap
- Assisting with P&L and business fundamentals
- Working across functions - doing whatever it takes to build
Qualifications
- Strong customer success skills
- Someone curious, scrappy, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Basic Accounting skills to assist with financial tracking and reporting
- Ability to think critically, solve problems efficiently, and self-driven in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience/knowledge in design, aesthetics, and home styling is preferred
- Experience/knowledge in social media marketing is preferred
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

Duration
Full-time, Duration is 3 months with scope to extend based on performance.
