Intermedia Group has an opening for the following Consultants: OPEN JOB: Workday Data Migration Systems Analyst LOCATION: REMOTE TYPE: CONTRACT – (approved and budgeted for 30 months with possible extensions thereafter) **This will be a 7-hour billable day, there is no overtime START DATE – mid to late July 2025 SUMMARY: This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications. Develop and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Cloud Connect). Ensure compliance with security frameworks (FERPA, SOX, GDPR) for data exchange. Develop error-handling mechanisms, logging, and performance optimizations. Provide strategic guidance for cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems. You will optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts to enhance data processing efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.
