Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality standards, monitoring construction progress, and implementing quality control procedures. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, review of structural engineering plans, effective communication with project stakeholders, and coordination with civil engineers to maintain project timelines and deliver optimal results.
Qualifications
- Experience with on-site supervision and project execution
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and the project team
- Knowledge of quality control processes for interior construction and fit-out projects
- Understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in interior site engineering
- Background in civil engineering work, including interpretation of technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with safety standards and building codes
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address on-site challenges effectively
